COURIER GLS

The delivery time of the goods is / working days. For Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria the delivery is estimated approximately in – 4 days. It should be emphasized that the couriers are not our employees, and are not bound to compliance with specific deadlines.

In particular periods of the year (Christmas, Easter, Ferragosto) delays in delivery may occur.

Deliveries are always made during normal office hours. It is not possible, due to the rules imposed by the express couriers, to make deliveries by appointment.

At the time of departure of the package from our office you will be provided with tracking code GLS, to check the position and the day of delivery.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are variable, depend on the quantity of goods ordered, weight and volume of the same. The fundamental data is the volumetric weight, obtained by courier combining package sizes and weight in kg. Below is a table of information on costs based on weight and place of destination.

ABSENCE OF THE RECEIVER

If at the time of delivery there was nobody at home, the courier will issue a special coupon with the telephone number of the nearest branch and / or the notice for the next delivery, generally the following day. In order to avoid long stocks and risk a return of the package to the sender company, with additional shipping costs to vs. load, we ask you in the event of non-delivery of telephone calls to the phone number indicated, thus agreeing with the courier delivery, at no additional cost.

In case of incorrect address or non-delivery due to the buyers absence, the reshipment will be carried out at the expense of the purchaser.

The goods travel at the risk of the customer, by courier, unless expressly requested by the customer.

If the customer does not make an insured shipment, the sender is not responsible for the delivery of the goods, nor will any claim be accepted for reasons related to shipping (see current regulations of Article 1510 of the Civil Code regarding mail order sales) constituting an illicit competent judgment only to the carrier and not to the seller.
